0.05 Pre-Release Issues

[x] Buttons in paths setting not showing
[x] Change green text input back to blue
[x] Up arrow not centered on spin box
[x] Settings hover should be slightly lighter than normal color
[x] Fix loading. needs to be rounded, center %, change color. Should be accent color
[x] Down arrow on notifications panel is not the same size as the buttons
[x] Add OK button to about atlas page. Debug build should show in branch
[x] Copy master readme to Staging
[x] Add branch and revision to about atlas
[x] Add build type to title
[x] Settings menu item will not stay selected when selecting a new item
[x] Set Dark to default theme
[x] UI Layout needs to be formatted. Right now there is no formatting.
