Disable all menu items that will not be implemented. All items that need to work are listed below

[x] File -> Exit : Exit Program
[x] View -> Banner View : Show games in "Banner" view
[x] Tools -> Import -> Bulk : Open Bulk Import Manager Dialog
[x] Tools -> Options : Open Settings Menu Dialog
[x] Help -> About Atlas : Show About Dialog
[x] Help -> About Qt: Show About Qt Dialog
