Notifications stopped working #314

I am using Compass app with osx. It always worked well with osx notifications, telling me when there was an error or not etc whenever I saved my scss files. However this has suddenly stopped for no apparent reason. I have not knowingly changed anything. I can still sue Compass but not having the notifications makes it much less useful. Is there anything I can do to get them back on?

Two things seem to have fixed it, not sure which it was. First, quit and relaunched Growl, maybe it had crashed or something. Second, there is a fairly pointless grey bar in the latest version of Dreamweaver that sits at the top of the monitor by default, not doing much but covering exactly the place where growl notifications appear and thus obscuring them. Anyway after hours of faffing about my Compass app/Growl notifications reappeared after relaunching growl and moving that grey bar out of the way.
