Tool GUI

Provide a GUI for adding, removing, and modifying visual elements in a POV game scene.

Necessary operations:

Create and remove elements from the scene
Move an element's position
Resize an element's size
Set element's texture
load / save element Position/Size/Texture to json or plaintext

Game Changes

When adding UI components to a scene's UI, load position/size/textures from the exported json/plaintext
