There is a new "CPU Bound" field in the debug menu. If this says "yes", the application cannot run at the target 60 fps it is meant to run and slows down in time.
Please use that to measure the performance impact of any changes which might affect the game's performance. (Like bullets for example)
We NEVER want to be CPU bound as the game actually slows down at below 60 fps.
