VHDL Source Code for Test Bench Setup #6

We are not sure if we have the right VHDL source code version for the firmware we are using to run the Test Bench.

We have one version of VHDL source code but
- we are not sure how to compile it
- not sure if it is the same version

@cketter will look into this

Today, Isar helped me to download the latest version of the firmware, showed me how to regenerate cores, and showed me what to uncomment in order to get the ethernet readout working. I am trying to compile now.
