Exclude Rasa and Humhub modules to dedicated repositories: https://github.com/frommie/rasahub-rasa and https://github.com/frommie/rasahub-humhub , pip packages ready: rasahub_rasa, rasa_humhub . Implement message query and threads for plugins #4 #5
