Enhanced issue templates #850

This PR adds links when creating new issues and disables the blank issue template.

I have linked the individual zulip streams in an effort to get discussions and conversations there, which is also why I disabled the blank issues.

I hope this solves #634 for the maintainers.

Can't hurt to try it. I also fixed the spelling of KMK (all shouty caps).
