After the simulation has run, we should calculate some values from the outputs.

This could be:

day of peak of new infections
peak number of new infections
day of peak of the number of currently infected
are there multiple peaks?
peak of hospitalizations
avg hours of work over time
R, beta, gamma values, this refs #43
number of deaths
peak of new deaths
add more?

We should be able to calculate these numbers from the data in the output files
