Support email attachments #9

Add features to store files attached to an email in a specified directory within an Obsidian vault. Feature has been requested by multiple users:

Status: Requires an internal redesign, but the initial research on it is comlete. Current ETA is April 2024 due to work/family commitments.

Finally wrapped this up in v0.4.1. Closing as fixed.
