Implement Prototypical Web Monetized Solid application #6

First, we should determine what type of example application we want to extend/implement. Based on this, we should apply our implementation of Web Monetization (#5).

Important here is that this code is written clearly, and is properly documented, as the goal is that other developers will look at the source code to learn from it.
