export.cfg is also removed from the time being as we do not have any specific to define yet. bat.xml is kept as it might be interesting to add in the game at some time.

Actually please don't merge it for now, I made the silly mistake to make a PR on reduz's repo using the master branch XD Edit: Fine now.
