Add level names #31

We can have different names for levels, e.g. instead of old plain "Level 4" lets write "Time for bombs".

implementation idea: Have a file named "names.txt" in the level pack folder. In it, put level names like this: 1 Basics 2 Flowers 3 Tricks 4 Time for bombs 5 Stair quirks 6 Just one more
