Control positions on the "Play" menu need some tweaking #86

We don't have packs with too many levels, so we have a lot of unused space: spectacle t10027 Also the "Select pack" section is way too close to the actual levels to select, we should better use the vertical space (on mobile it's especially difficult to use the drop down list).
