Is Privacy Policy Actionable #25

I don’t have a serious object to this, but how is the “privacypolicy” in 
“site” and “app” objects actionable?  I would venture a guess that most 
sites have privacy policies of one kind or another and that they vary broadly.  
What will a bidder do with this boolean?  If "not much", it should be removed.
