bulk-mässig Validierung #4

Zu validierende Formate (Modul 3c) sollen bulk-mässig pro Typ-Sortiert an KOST-Val übergeben werden, damit nur noch eine Initialisierung von KOST-Val nötig ist. Dies würde viel Zeit einsparen.
