SIARD Suite als SIARD Tool in KOST-Tools integrieren.

Folgende Anforderungen sind bereits getestet:

kein eigener Installer aktuelles Tool (https://github.com/sfa-siard/SiardGui in Arbeit) Open-Source CDDL 1.0 license

In KOST-Tools v1.1.0 enthalten
