Jal Shey Neophyte Armor uses the wrong texture #60

Jal Shey Neophyte Armor is set to texture variant 3, which is identical to the Advisor armor.

It should be set to variant 4, an unused texture, which lacks the armor on the skirt. This would make the progression the same as from the Zeison Sha Initiate Armor to Zeison Sha Warrior Armor
