need a larger cropping rectangle #43

I am not sure if this is something that can be fixed or not, but it is a persistent problem that I encounter with badge printing. When I upload the photo sometimes it is fine, and other times, it will not let me expand the crop box for the photo to a large enough size. In the example I attached, that is the largest it would allow me to crop. Thank you for your help.
