Displays may exist at multiple stations within a service area. What is currently the "station" field is actually the service area.
When a call comes in for CES, all of the stations in that service area (whether CESSTA1 or CESSTA5-- which have different ip segments) should show the call. But the driving directions origin should be the local station where the display is located.
