Things to do:

• [ ] allow for multiple files to be used as resources (come up with adressing scheme that isnt too clunky)
• [ ] add testing
• [ ] regex for wellnames? need a more stable way to find out if users are providing a wellname or filename or col of filename
• [ ] think about _reset() function, how do we not break the idea of classes here
• [ ] better design for acessing members of the resource_manager class
• [ ] optimizations in process instructions in the _process_instructions()
• [ ] how does a user want to interact with the protopiler? it is through cli? is it programmatic?
• [ ] logging, think about how to propogate this up to the ot2_driver as well
• [ ] be able to create partial resources (a cli might be good?)
• [ ] grabbing 8 tips out of order
• [ ] transfer
