User retains badges when activity instance is removed #10

Badges earned from an activity are kept even if the activity is removed from the system. This is, I believe, the desired behaviour, and probably a deliberate design choice in the badge system. Arguably, a badge earned is a badge earned, irrespectively of whether it is still possible to earn the same badge for others. Issue closed.
