Issue grade #104

This is somewhat tentative. We need to research the grading system in Moodle before we can act. Potential users have requested conditional actions based on grades in Moodle (see plugin page in plugin directory). AFAIK, CAPQuiz do not issue grades recognised outside CAPQuiz, and this should ideally be fixed.
