Do question ratings update? #107

Question ratings do not appear to change when a student works on the quiz, at least not in the question list editor in the teacher interface. Has the question rating update been implemented? Is there a bar to prevent updates in the beginning as there was in the original adaptive system? If so, this shoud be documented and made configurable. Are updates made to a different question set to the one the teacher sees? Could be, because the organisation of question sets is conceptually difficult. This issue requires discussion and documentation if the solution is not obvious.

Sorry. It does change. It just does not happen very often in testing. It only happens when the same user answers one question incorrectly and the subsequent one correctly or vice versa. It should be fine.
