Question List Editor: checkboxes do not work #212

Checking/Unckecking a checkbox does not change it, although URL parameters change. This was fixed in JazzQuiz and the solution can probably be copied.

I think this has been fixed on moodle4, but the changes are extensive and thorough testing is needed.
