capquiz_urls::redirect_to_front_page() should use moodle_url #96

Many sites will put moodle into a subdir within the site and redirecting to location / will take the user out of their Moodle install. - might be worth reviewing the other redirect functions there with that in mind too.

Fixed that, and also an instance in output/question_list_creator_renderer.php
