Integrate PR's into main CAD #27

Unfortunetley my PR's from last week were loose files. I was not able to include them in the main STEP as i do not have f360. The files are under CAD/NX and CAD/Angled Extruder Mod

It would probably be best if these files were properly integrated into the main CAD files if possible.
