Currently, Goalie is able to follow the ball and guard the goal. We need to improve it to intercept the ball when it is coming with high velocity.

@thebhatman Do not create big PR with all the changes, as discussed in the meeting. Creating separate PRs will be beneficial.

Actually, when I pushed, some of Snehal's old commits also got pushed. The only commit I wanted in this PR was the Goalie commit.
