10 months ago Portable apps rock. It seems the app already is, as I copied the folder to a flash drive and ran it from fine from there. I'm guessing your question is more about the release packaging (as the releases page https://github.com/KRTirtho/flemozi/releases doesn't include a plain old Windows .zip file like many GitHub release do)?
Are you planning to make your application portable? It is overwhelmingly easier to use than the standard Windows emoji editor and I would definitely like to replace it.
