Use lofty instead of audiotags (yes, I know this is a duplicate, sorry) #18

This fixes #15 and adds support for many more audio file types.

I did this before realizing that #17 exists, so here's an alternate implementation if you want it. There are no Dart API breaks, since everything's just an int, but some of the Rust types are slightly larger.
