Add the IPA download to README #1298

Is there an existing issue for this?

Pain

Currently the iOS version is almost impossible to find if you don't look through the releases page.

Suggested solution

adding it to the table in README.md would make the iOS download easier to find.

I think it would also be helpful if there's a guide on how to load the IPA. I'm currently struggling to get the spottube working on iOS with integrity check issue.

What about a few links to AltStore/SideStore/TrollStore/etc. installation pages?

@Lenni-builder After fumbling around issues, I found this issue #1160. Installing via Sideloadly worked great with MacBook Pro M1 (Sonoma 14) and iPhone SE 2 (iOS 17). I just had to enable Developer mode on iPhone, download IPA on Mac, connect iPhone to my Mac + confirm trust, then open Sideloadly to upload IPA with Apple ID. Afterwards, Opening the app required Settings > General > VPN and trusting the developer app.

Sidestore and Altstore didn't work at all unfortunately. If we could get further confirmations on

update: The app expires every week, even with auto renewal option enabled on Sideloadly. Have to manually update every week for now until there's a solution

I'll try installing Spotube using TrollStore on my old iPad. Since I currently have neither a Windows nor a macOS machine I can't test it with Sideloadly. If I have time I could try to install Alt-/SideStore on my old iPad (5th Gen, iPadOS 16.6.1) and try those.
