Not properly Downlooaded #1632

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When i downloaded 3.7.1 windows version it doesn't open but with 3.7.0 and .6.0 it works

Expected Behavior

The app to get opened

Steps to reproduce

I downloaded the app. It doesn't work
