Current Behavior

Upon restarting Spotube with Discord RPC turned off, RPC functions regardless when I play a song. Turning it on and off again in the settings fixes the issue until restart.

Expected Behavior

Discord RPC to not function when the option is turned off.

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn off Discord RPC
2. Close the app
3. Open the app
4. Play a song
5. See the song in your Discord profile
