[iOS] Very Low Sound while on Carplay since 3.8.1

Current Behavior

When my phone is connected to Apple Carplay while playing Music from Spotube, The sound is very very low. I have rollback to 3.8.0 and it is fine again. This behavior seems introduced in 3.8.1 Only Spotube is impacted, Waze, Music, Spotify is OK.

FYI, i'm with IOS 18.0

Expected Behavior

When my phone is connected to Apple Carplay while playing Music from Spotube, The sound must be normal. The Same as Waze or Spotify.

Steps to reproduce

1. connected you phone to carplay
2. On the Phone launch Spotube 3.8.1
3. Play Music
4. Sound is too low, you need to increase the car Volume, but in that case Waze alert are far too high.

It seems really better in 3.8.2. Is there a way to ajust volume output before the ios setting ? Like set volume to 120% on spotube output ? An option in normalize audio maybe ? Thx
