I too cannot get it to show up in Android Auto,

Using Android 14 (latest security patches 1st Oct) + Auto 13.1.644254-release, Developer options enabled, unknown sources ticked.

Things I have tried: Installing latest spotube APK from github, removing then installing spotube from play store

It also does not show up under Version and permission info within android auto (RiMusic/Whatsapp/Teams/Zoom/YT Music all do)
