Interrupted orbital calcs do not resume #248

Loading an active orbital vessel and then switching to an inactive or not yet launched vessel before the orbital vessel's trajectory calculations are complete, switching back to that vessel does not cause the calcs to recalc or at least pick up where they left off

actually this did work as intended another time I accidentally did these steps
