Toast messages should disappear when loading or creating new project #289

Persistent toast messages such as warnings will remain on screen even when we do something that resets the project like creating a new one or loading an existing one.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a widget
  2. Upload and bind data to the widget
  3. Try to delete the data (toast warning pops up)
  4. Load another project or create a new one

I don't think this matters. Since you marked it low priority I guess it's okay to keep the issue. But it only takes the user a second to clear the errors.

It's not marked for delivery and should be a quick fix. Calling toastr.clear() will dismiss all the messages.
