Glyph names increment even on cancel #290

When canceling a glyph creation from the editor the next time you create a glyph the name will still increase in sequence. The name, however, is not being reserved.

Ideally the next name should stay the same if you cancel.

@KeithJH Really glyphs don't need a default name. None of the other dialogs generate default names.

@seanblue I agree that a default name is not really needed, but if it's given it should make sense.
