Description: Implement a ChatGPT wrapper that has buttons which make queries to ChatGPT.

[x] On load, send default information to ChatGPT for context
[x] Update UI, one default projects page, one chat page
[x] One for user project feedback
[x] One for Viewers to ask questions
[ ] Template buttons for users to use
- [ ] Improvement: Sends entire project to ChatGPT for opinion on what to improve.
- [ ] Suggestion: Sends entire project to ChatGPT for opinion on what other projects could be made.
- [ ] General: Chat box for users to ask generic questions with the projects already submitted as context.
[x] Add navigation to the page with chat
