Users can enter the same module twice when editing profile #10

Doesn't affect usability but perhaps a check to prevent this may improve the UI and quality of app.

Team's Response

Our design is that we want to restrict the freedom of the user too much. A user adding repeated module code to a person will not bring inconvenience to the user.

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: I believe that preventing the addition of modules that already exists does not restrict the user in anyways and instead brings about more benefits. A user that is taking 5 modules in a semester may accidentally add the same module twice and in the future he might at one glance see 6 modules which results in some confusion. In addition, this also clutters the UI whilst bringing no benefits.

This does not just gets displayed in the error message but also the profile list as well.
