File restructure for other EVE configs #2

Current repo is designed to only work with Astronomers visual pack. If we're going to use CKAN and support other visual packs we'll have to change the way we package things.

Astronomers visual pack is no longer under development so I'm not sure this is an issue any more. I'll leave it open in case someone takes over the pack.

I'm going to include config files for EVE with the next release.
