error Module KDEX is not installed #3299

Background

Have you made any manual changes to your GameData folder (i.e., not via CKAN)? not since getting CKAN

Problem

Describe the bug I was trying to install Blueshift, DSEV, Wild Blue Tools, kerbal actuators, BARIS bridge, Near Future IVA Props, and Mk 33 i was also uninstalling, Procedural Parts - Ven's Revamp Style Textures, Kerbal Dust Experiment, ASET PRC (Portable Rover Components), RCS Build Aid, and Procedural Parts - Hazard Tanks Textures. I got an error Module KDEX is not installed! Error during installation! and tryed re-trying with the same result.

Steps to reproduce I don't know if it is reproducable Expected behavior the mods install

i had made a mistake fixed.
