[Bug]: MakingHistory recommendation halts install instead of appearing in recommendations list

I have installed mod manually.

Describe the bug

When I try to download mods it say to me "Ckan can't install making history for you", I don't making history but I have already downloaded those mods in the past and thy were working perfectly but now Ckan seems to want making history.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install KSP without Making History (or rename GameData/SquadExpansion/MakingHistory temporarily)
2. Start CKAN
3. File → Install from .ckan
4. Install this mod list
5. Click Apply in the changeset tab
6. 

Ideally this would tell us which chain of dependencies requires this DLC.

Hi @mad-exotix, is that the list of mods you're trying to install as requested, or the mods you already have installed? If you exported it from CKAN, it's probably the latter.

Hi, I try to do a new install which is similar to the one from I exported the mod list, and when I try to install these mod on a new install, whether I use the import with .ckan file or manually clicking on th emod I want to install on ckcan I get this message : Ckan can't install making history for you. I assume that is because Ckan think that a mod need Making history but in the past I had installed those mods without problem.

Sorry, you said "similar to", which isn't what we need. We need the actual same list. If there's a mod that you tried to install that isn't in the list, that could be the one that's causing the issue, and we wouldn't be able to find it.

Oh sorry I misunderstand myself. In the new install I try to install the mod listed above via a .ckan file an then I try to add other mod but I got the error when I try to dowload the mods listed above (I also get the error when I install the mod list by slecting every mod in ckan). Hope this is less confusing.

OK, this is happening due to WaterLaunchSites recommending MakingHistory-DLC. It is supposed to show up in the recommendations list so the user can consider maybe buying the DLC, but the relationship resolver is treating it as a dependency and halting the install.

If you want a temporary workaround, try removing WaterLaunchSites from the modpack. Otherwise a proper fix should be forthcoming in a few days.
