We could have a new window that renders the kos documentation in-game. Seems pretty neat.

Can we have a lesser variant of this that at least makes a clickable URL in the KOSToolbarWindow that opens an external browser to the doc site?

And maybe a detection that you're running the mod for the first time, with a window with the same link in it popping up.

I think these would be good to have for KSP 1.0 so that when we get a (maybe?) flood of newbies coming in who previously never played because it was "early access", we're ready for it.

KAS has a PDF manual open up in a window ingame. The KOS terminal provides a non-clickable link when you open the terminal window for the first time after a vessel is loaded.
