fixes #99 (mostly) lib_raw_user_input is going to need some more looking at to see if there is a way of implementing it that doesn’t use lib_exec, for now it will just spit out the lib_exec error when it tries to run that.

Closing as most changes have been addressed by #116 and #117. What to do with lib_exec.ks remains to be seen.
