Incorrect information in HOWTO and LIB_MANAGER #132

  1. HOWTO still references the long-stale kOS limitation of requiring all Kerboscript files in the same directory. This limitation was eliminated in kOS v1.0.0.
  2. HOWTO also states that the project folder structure includes /library_ksm, which isn't in the repository.
  3. LIB_MANAGER used "git@github:..." instead of "git@github.com:..." in one of the commands to be executed.

I will be submitting a PR for these straightaway.
