Cone Fuel Tank crashes RSS #265

When using the cone shaped Integral Structure tank, upon loading the launchpad after clicking launch. The game proceeds to crash.

You are running 1.3.20 of ProcParts, which is ... not contained in this repo. Update to 2.0.3.

You also have 5 different copies of the ModuleManager installed. Find and remove the 4 oldest.
