Procedural parts not changing size #272

Note: I play RSS/RO, I have downloaded, and re-downloaded procedural tanks with and without can a lot of times, even different files, and I run into the same issue every time no matter what. I can't change the size and texture of my tanks. It always stays the generic size. I also have procedural fairings, and that works perfectly. I have also uninstalled and re-installed RSS and all the other mods just in case that is causing the issue, but the same thing keeps on happening, please help.

You should only download a release from https://github.com/KSP-RO/ProceduralParts/releases or via CKAN (which will reference those releases). The .dll is not contained in the repo. Not getting the dll would result in none of the fields being changeable.
