Sliders to change diameter and length are nonexistent #282

aeiou (A mod which adds the ability to tweakscale anything was added while the image was taken, It'll be removed in the future, and the issue persisted before adding the mod.) (TU was also removed at the time of the image being taken.)

As shown in the image, the sliders to change the diameter and length of procedural parts just aren't in the UI. Issue was seen in every other procedural part, including procedural SRBs.
