Changing number of PartModules causes TU recoloring to reset / break #303

Installing kOS causes ends to be reset and sides to sometimes (not sure when, it has been reported using RP-1 but not confirmed in a minimal install) get set to **Not Found**

Turns out it's not caused by kOS specifically, but it's caused by changing the number of partModules. This is the reason the same issue appears when updating from 2.2 to 2.3
